What is the condition of your watches?

We carry new as well as pre-owned or secondhand watches, so the condition of our stock varies. To give you an accurate indication of the condition of a watch we use the following grading scale to classify them. This is in the product description for each watch.

New/Unworn: A watch in mint, brand new condition

Excellent: A watch in near perfect condition with only very minor signs of wear

Good: Light wear by a careful owner, with some minor signs of wear such as faint hairlines on the case and/or bezel

Fair: Obvious signs of wear, such as surface scratches visible with the naked eye but otherwise mechanically sound and wearable

Are your watches authentic?

Yes, all the watches we sell are authentic and in most cases come with papers to confirm this. If a pre-loved watch does not have papers this will be reflected in the price.

Are you licensed to sell watches?

Yes, we are registered secondhand dealers (licence number: 2PS21334) and all our watches are sourced ethically and with full consent from the original owner.

Do your watches come with a warranty?

We provide a 12 month service warranty on all watches that are out of their manufacturers warranty. New watches will still be covered by the standard manufacturers warranty.

Do all watches come with a box and papers?

New watches and many pre-owned watches will come with the ‘full house’ set, consisting of the original box and papers. Some pre-owned stock could be missing one or both, and this will be reflected in the product description and price. We provide a complimentary pouch or box if a watch does not have the original.

Can I view a watch?

We have private showrooms in Sydney and Melbourne, so if you live in or near these locations you can view a watch there. Viewings are by appointment only so please call 1300 923 437 to confirm your visit. For anyone who can’t make it in you can shop online, with free shipping and returns via courier (DHL). We can also send you more photographs or a video of a watch to help you make a decision.

Are the photographs on your site of the actual watches?

Yes, we photograph all our stock in our showroom before we list it – so what you see is what you get.

Can you value my watch?

We can provide a price estimate for your watch, based on it’s current aftermarket value. You can sell or trade your watch with us and get the best return for your investment. We offer competitive quotes and fast turnaround once we have assessed your watch.


What are my payment options?

We accept payment via direct bank transfer, all major Australian issued credit cards.

Are my credit card details safe with you?

Yes, your online transaction is encrypted via SSL – visible to you as a padlock icon in your browser. This means we don’t store your credit card information on our servers or have access to their details. Our credit card payment provider is certified for Level 1 of the PCI DSS compliance criteria, which is the same levels of data security as the major banks. They also provide integrated fraud protection so you can transact safely and securely on our site.

Do you offer laybuy?

Is shipping free?

Yes, all watches are shipped via courier (TNT Express/FedEx Express), which is a trackable insured service. In most cases you will get your watch within a few days to most metro areas – and a little longer if you live elsewhere. For accessories under $1,000 we use Australia Post, which is also a tracked service. If you need your watch for a special occasion or by a certain date, get in touch before placing your order – and we’ll do our best to help you.
