End Of Financial Year Exclusives

The following terms and conditions apply to the End of Financial Year (“EOFY”) Sale conducted by Zaeger Luxury Watches.

Sale Period

•⁠ ⁠The EOFY Sale commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 June 2026 and concludes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026.
•⁠ ⁠Sale pricing is available for a limited time only and may end earlier for specific items if sold out.

Eligible Items

•⁠ ⁠EOFY discounts apply only to selected items as marked.
•⁠ ⁠Availability of all sale items is strictly limited and subject to prior sale.

Stock Availability

•⁠ ⁠All items are offered on a first come, first served basis.
•⁠ ⁠Due to the nature of luxury watches and simultaneous in-store and online sales, stock availability may change without notice.
•⁠ ⁠In the event a product is sold in-store before website inventory is updated, Zaeger Luxury Watches reserves the right to cancel the online order and issue a full refund.

Online & In-Store Sales

•⁠ ⁠EOFY Sale pricing is available both online and in-store unless otherwise stated.
•⁠ ⁠Some products may be exclusive to either online or in-store channels.

Deposits & Holds

•⁠ ⁠Watches will not be held or reserved without a deposit.
•⁠ ⁠A deposit does not guarantee availability until confirmed by Zaeger Luxury Watches.
•⁠ ⁠Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the hold.

Pricing & Errors

•⁠ ⁠While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, Zaeger Luxury Watches reserves the right to correct any pricing, description, or typographical errors without notice.
•⁠ ⁠Orders affected by pricing errors may be cancelled at the discretion of Zaeger Luxury Watches, with a full refund provided where applicable.

Payment

•⁠ ⁠Full payment must be received and cleared prior to dispatch or collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
•⁠ ⁠All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Returns

•⁠ ⁠Standard consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
•⁠ ⁠Change of mind returns on sale items may be refused unless otherwise required by law.

General

•⁠ ⁠EOFY Sale discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, or offer unless expressly stated.
•⁠ ⁠Zaeger Luxury Watches reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
•⁠ ⁠By participating in the EOFY Sale, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
